Due to the ongoing oil crisis, we are temporarily suspending the “Ship Free” policy until further notice. We apologize for this inconvenience. Please contact our office for a custom freight quote.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
- Processing Time: Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days.
- Carrier Partners: We utilize a network of premium carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and specialized LTL freight providers, selected based on the dimensions and requirements of your order.
- Tracking: Upon dispatch, a confirmation email containing comprehensive tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
- Calculated Rates: Standard shipping costs are determined at the point of sale.
- Freight & Bulk Orders: For oversized, palletized, or bulk shipments, freight costs may be quoted manually if they are not automatically generated during checkout.
- Delivery Windows: Standard transit typically spans 3–10 business days following the processing period. Please note that all delivery dates are estimates; WastePack is not liable for delays resulting from carrier logistics or product availability.
Specialized Delivery Requirements
WastePack reserves the right to adjust final billing based on the actual site conditions and carrier requirements encountered at the time of delivery. By finalizing an order, the Customer agrees to the following:
- Service Selection: The Customer is responsible for accurately identifying and selecting necessary delivery options—including Limited Access, Residential Delivery, Liftgate Service, or Appointment Requirements—during the checkout process.
- Supplemental Surcharges: Should a carrier apply additional fees for specialized services that were not selected or paid for at the time of purchase, WastePack reserves the right to invoice the Customer post-delivery for all applicable surcharges and related administrative costs.
- Liability for Site Constraints: The Customer remains liable for any third-party assessments resulting from inaccurate site descriptions or undisclosed delivery constraints.
Notice: Supplemental invoices are due upon receipt. Timely settlement is required to maintain the account in good standing and ensure the fulfillment of future orders.
